Account Registration and Age Requirements
2.1 — Age Requirement
The bk959 platform is only open to players aged 21+. No one under 21 will be permitted to register. Before accessing the platform, players must confirm they are 21 or older.
2.2 — One Account Per Person
Each player may only register one account on bk959. If multiple accounts are opened using the same payment method as a partner or family member, they may be classified as duplicate accounts and closed.
2.3 — Registration Information
Players must provide accurate information when registering. If false or fraudulent information is discovered, bk959 has the right to immediately close the account and forfeit any remaining balance.
2.4 — Account Security
Players must not share their login credentials with anyone. Players acknowledge that they are responsible if a third party plays on their account. If any unauthorized access to a player's account is detected, they must immediately notify [email protected].
Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 — Available Payment Methods
bk959 currently accepts payments via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. Only these methods are officially supported on the platform — no other methods should be assumed to be available.
3.2 — Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts
- Minimum deposit amount — 3,000 Ks for all methods
- Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks
- Typical withdrawal processing time — within 10 to 45 minutes
3.3 — Financial Verification
When processing withdrawal requests, bk959 may ask players to verify their personal information if required. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.
3.4 — Own Funds Only
Players must use only their own payment methods. bk959 reserves the right to decline any transaction made using a third-party bank card, third-party wallet, or any financial method that does not belong to the player.
3.5 — Financial Security
bk959 uses SSL encryption to protect players' personal and financial data from the moment of deposit through to withdrawal, providing a secure and trustworthy environment.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 — Welcome Bonus
Players making their first deposit at bk959 can receive a 200% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. For example — depositing 20,000 Ks gives a 40,000 Ks bonus for a total balance of 60,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 40,000 Ks × 15 = 600,000 Ks. Alternatively, depositing 120,000 Ks gives a 100,000 Ks bonus for a total balance of 220,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 100,000 Ks × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks.
Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the 15x wagering requirement is met. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before the bonus can be converted and withdrawn.
4.2 — General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus can be claimed once only and is limited to one per player, per account, per IP address, per household, and per payment method.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred between players.
- Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which players must read and understand before playing.
- bk959 reserves the right to restrict, cancel, or forfeit a player's bonus — but only if bonus abuse is found.
4.3 — VIP Cashback
bk959's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (0.6%), Gold (0.9%), Platinum (1.2%), and Diamond (1.5%). As a player's wagering volume increases, their VIP tier advances and their cashback rate goes up.
Gaming Rules
5.1 — Fair Play
bk959 is committed to fair play for all players. Using software exploits, bots, unauthorized software, or any third-party tools during gameplay is strictly prohibited.
5.2 — Wins and Losses
The outcome of each game is determined by a technically verified Random Number Generator (RNG), and no individual can predict any game result in advance. If a dispute arises after a game result is settled, the platform's server logs will serve as the official record for resolution.
5.3 — Incomplete Games
If a game is interrupted due to a server disconnection, browser closure, or software error, bk959 will review the server records from that time and determine whether to resume the game or refund the wager.
5.4 — Responsible Gaming

Prohibited Activities
Players must strictly avoid the following activities —
- Helping any underage person to play, or allowing them to use your account
- Providing fake or false personal information
- Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses repeatedly using duplicate accounts
- Conducting money laundering
- Disrupting or interfering with the platform's operations
- Violating national or regional laws when submitting verification documents
If any of the above is found, bk959 has the right to immediately close that account and forfeit any remaining balance.
Personal Information and Security

Limitation of Liability
The bk959 platform is not responsible for the decisions players make regarding gameplay and financial losses — those decisions are each player's own responsibility. There is a risk of losing money in gaming, and bk959 will not be held liable for any amount lost.
Delays caused by server connection issues, third-party software actions, or internet service problems are not within bk959's scope of liability.
If a player suffers a financial loss due to bk959, the maximum compensation that can be offered is limited to the amount wagered in that single game session, and bk959 will not accept liability beyond that amount.
8.1 — Force Majeure
bk959 is exempt from liability if the service fails due to war, natural disaster, legal changes, or events beyond bk959's control.
Account Closure and Service Termination
9.1 — Termination by the Player
Players may contact [email protected] to request voluntary account closure. Any remaining balance will be returned if withdrawal conditions are met.
9.2 — Termination by bk959
bk959 may close an account without prior notice if these terms are breached or if the player's actions are harmful to the platform. Whether a refund is issued upon closure will be decided by bk959 on a case-by-case basis.
